The LOXrail® rail system constitutes the ideal basis for custom plant and machine feeding as it allows highly versatile layouts: feeding from one or two sides, with intersections, as a pass-through solution, and with a varying number of delivery, loading, and unloading points. All this is possible with our heavy-duty system according to your specific requirements. The transport carts for the feeding system, also custom-made, make high throughput rates, concurrent changes during peak times, and automation scaling in your manufacturing processes easier than any alternative technology.
In robotic welding systems, precise positioning is critical for component feeding. We design systems for component feeding with the highest levels of precision and repeatability. Raw parts are positioned outside the working area on trolleys or rolling carts and transported into the system on LOXrail® tracks. Within the system, the transport carts are placed on support points using a lifting function and positioned with repeatable accuracy. To accelerate throughput, the systems can be designed as split carts with precise coupling, among other options. While one cart is in the system, the other is preloaded outside to enable particularly fast changeovers. In addition to the manual options, our trolleys are equipped with their own driving control, depending on the application. Through the interface to the machine control, a fully automated system can be easily integrated. Depending on the system specification, various safety concepts support a smooth operation.

The LOXrail® round rail system forms the basis for our innovative intralogistics solutions for medium and heavy loads. The round rails, which are virtually flush with the floor, can be installed in a wide variety of layouts and offer a particularly safe way of transporting heavy loads while avoiding unnecessary obstacles in your production areas.
