LOSYCO offers a wide range of solutions specifically developed for the LOXrail® floor rail system – ideal for the semi- or fully automated movement of heavy trolleys in production, assembly, and supply lines.

The combination of LOSYCO drive systems and roll trolleys enables controlled movement between defined stations along custom rail layouts. This ensures a smooth, reproducible transport motion – whether transferring to processing stations, in combination with lifting or centering technology, or as part of fully connected assembly lines in a smart factory setup.

The systems are compatible with state-of-the-art control technology, can be integrated into higher-level control architectures, and optionally equipped with safety sensors, position tracking, and other additional features. Stationary Drives

For partial automation or recurring movement sequences. The drive units are integrated into the track and reliably move the trolleys between defined stopping points – e.g., in the flowLine system.

Line Conveyors

Particularly suitable for flow lines with multiple synchronized trolleys. All vehicles on a line are moved simultaneously and precisely on cycle – ideal for the assembly of heavy components.

Hybrid Solutions

A combination of stationary and vehicle-integrated drives – for example, to enable handovers in different production zones or to flexibly link multiple lines.
