With the innovative LOXrail® family, LOSYCO offers a highly flexible rail system that is flush-mounted and precisely integrated into the shop floor. Technically designed to handle high loads (up to 60 tons) with extremely low rolling resistance, the system can be optimally adapted to existing building structures to improve transport routes and production flows in any area. The LOXrail® system supports a wide range of layout configurations that can be individually adapted to the requirements of various production environments and processes. A straight-line layout is ideal for traditional assembly processes or simple material transport along a defined path.
L- and U-shaped layouts are used when space-optimized workflows are needed or when manual and automated stations must be combined. For continuous movement cycles, the loop layout is most effective – allowing for rail-guided return transport of carts, often required in series production.
The system also allows complex combinations with crossings, curves, and turntables for highly dynamic and directionally flexible material flows.

Diese bodenbündig integrierbaren Drehscheiben ermöglichen eine Drehung des Transportwagens um 90°, 180° oder 360°. Sie eignen sich ideal für begrenzte Platzverhältnisse, z. B. in Schweißzellen oder Fertigungsinseln, wo klassische Wendebereiche fehlen. Auch bei manuell bewegten Transportwagen erzielen Sie so eine maximale Raumökonomie bei hoher Wiederholgenauigkeit – technisch ausgelegt für den präzisen Transport auch schwerster Lasten.
LOXrail® CURVE ermöglicht den fließenden Richtungswechsel, ohne dass der Wagen angehalten oder umgesetzt werden muss. Besonders vorteilhaft ist diese Lösung bei komplexen Layouts, z. B. in der Produktion von Wohnmodulen oder Maschinen, wo tragende Säulen oder Wände nicht verändert werden können. Die durchgehende Wegmessung und die Datenübertragung bleiben dabei gewährleistet – auch bei sensiblen Werkstücken oder unregelmäßig geformten Komponenten.
Bei diesem System erfolgt der Spurwechsel durch ein spezielles Querfahrwerk im Transportwagen selbst. Die Kreuzung im Boden bleibt mechanisch passiv, was den Wartungsaufwand und die Einbauhöhe deutlich reduziert. Ideal für hochfrequente Prozesse mit mehreren Linienverknüpfungen, z. B. im Anlagenbau oder der Fahrzeugfertigung, bei denen viele Wege aufeinandertreffen und sich die Anlagen nicht sinnvollerweise neu platzieren lassen.
Der LOXrail® ALLROUNDER bietet maximale Flexibilität durch patentierte Spezialradsätze, die Richtungswechsel und sogar das Drehen des Wagens ermöglichen – ganz ohne bewegliche Teile im Boden. Diese Lösung ist besonders wartungsarm und eignet sich für dynamische Produktionsumgebungen, wie z. B. Montagelinien mit variierenden Produktgrößen oder Prozessschritten.
These flush-mounted turntables enable the trolley to rotate 90°, 180°, or even 360°. Ideal for confined areas such as welding cells or production islands where conventional turning zones are not possible. Even with manually operated trolleys, TURNSTILE modules offer maximum space efficiency and high repeatability – technically designed to handle even the heaviest loads with precision.
LOXrail® CURVE allows smooth directional changes without stopping or repositioning the trolley. This is especially advantageous in complex layouts – for example, in modular housing or machinery production where structural columns or walls cannot be altered. Continuous distance measurement and data transmission remain fully functional – even with sensitive or irregularly shaped components.
This system performs track changes via a special transverse chassis integrated into the trolley itself. The floor crossing remains mechanically passive, reducing installation height and maintenance effort. Ideal for high-frequency operations with multiple line connections – such as in plant engineering or vehicle manufacturing – where multiple paths intersect and relocating equipment isn’t practical.
The LOXrail® ALLROUNDER offers maximum flexibility using patented special wheelsets that allow directional changes and even trolley rotation – all without moving parts in the floor. This solution is extremely low-maintenance and perfect for dynamic production environments like assembly lines with varying product sizes or steps.
