LOXrail® is a floor-integrated rail system designed for the efficient in-house transport of heavy loads. Developed by LOSYCO for use in production lines, assembly areas, flow manufacturing, and inter-departmental logistics, the system enables precisely guided movement of transport vehicles and supports any desired level of automation – whether manual, semi-automated, or fully autonomous.

Rail systems like LOXrail® offer safe transport of heavy loads with high repeatability and low rolling resistance – all with a minimal installation height. Unlike chain conveyors, roller tracks, or air cushion systems, rail systems are highly space-saving, flexibly adaptable, walkable during operation, and accessible for forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. They can be easily integrated into existing facility layouts and work seamlessly with existing conveyor or warehouse systems.

Each project begins with a needs analysis and detailed consultation with our experts. This step is followed by layout planning, technical design, and configuration of the transport components. Our roll carts are manually movable or stationarily driven transport trolleys guided on the LOXrail® system, ideal for manual or partially automated workflows. Automated trolleys, in contrast, are equipped with integrated drives and can be configured as fully autonomous heavy-duty AGVs. These move independently along the rail and are designed for use in fully automated production lines.

Thanks to the modular structure of the LOXrail® system, everything from straight lines to complex layouts with crossings, curves, U-shapes, or closed loops can be implemented. Extension modules such as LOXrail® CURVE, CROSSING, TURNSTILE, or ALLROUNDER enable full customization to your production logic and available space.

LOSYCO lifting systems are floor-integrated units that adjust the vertical position of an entire transport vehicle. Used in assembly lines, they enable precise, cycle-accurate handoffs, ergonomic working heights, and seamless vertical alignment. We also offer vehicle-integrated positioning systems depending on customer needs.

Yes. Every LOSYCO transport vehicle can be tailored to customer requirements. Common modifications include custom load carriers, positioning systems, different drive types, and various safety features. Each unit is precisely adapted to your required load capacity, load geometry, and desired level of automation.

All LOSYCO systems are open to integration with standard automation platforms such as PLC, MES, or ERP. Communication can take place via digital I/Os, standard protocols, Wi-Fi, or safety-oriented communication. We also offer implementation of Smart Factory concepts with real-time tracking.

Depending on configuration, load capacities of more than 60 metric tons per vehicle are achievable. Exact specifications are defined based on project requirements and tailored to the specific transport vehicle and drive units.

Yes. The LOXrail® system is suitable for both new builds and retrofitting existing facilities. Floor-flush installation requires no major construction work and can often be completed during ongoing operations. From day one, our systems are designed to meet your individual needs.
